More than real estate. A shared journey.
Adela and Cristian have been a couple for more than twelve years. They built their real-estate experience together in Mallorca, with more than fifteen years of shared background in the luxury property market.
Viva Mar Homes is their new Mediterranean chapter this time on the Costa Blanca and the nearby Costa Cálida.
Years of working with international clients taught them that the best transaction is not only about square metres, views or price. It is about trust, timing, and truly understanding what the person in front of you is looking for.
