Viva Mar Homes acts as data controller for the personal data you send through this website. The company registration details and the postal contact address for data protection requests will be published here once confirmed.

You can reach us by telephone on +34 614 512 325 or through WhatsApp for any question about your data.

When you send an enquiry we store your name, email address, optional telephone number, preferred language, the property you asked about and your message. The legal basis is your request for information and our legitimate interest in replying to it.

If you tick the optional newsletter box we also store that consent, so we can send occasional updates about new homes. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.

Enquiries are stored in our hosted database and email systems, which are operated by processors inside the European Economic Area or under equivalent safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to advise you and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD). Contact us first and we will respond without undue delay.
